Pittsburgh Blue Steakhouse – Premier Maple Grove Steakhouse with Craft Cocktails & Gourmet Desserts

Prompt and friendly service at the bar. Prime rib is one of the very best I’ve ever tasted. Tender, juicy and flavorful. Wedge salad is a very unique cross cut layer from a head of lettuce with well presented ingredients layered on top. The baked potato is huge. Had a later of cheddar cheese melted on top of mine. Comes with butter, bacon and sour cream on the side. By 5:30pm this was a very busy place. Top notch bar tenders here, quickly making craft cocktails to match your tastes.

Loved sitting on the patio, started with complementary bread and butter. The Expresso martini was a wonderful supper for lunch. Lobster corn chowder soup was excellent, with the coconut shrimp was a delight! The Prime Rib Dip was the best I ever had. We upgraded to truffle fries. Will definitely be back.

First time at this restaurant. Did not disappoint. Our server was fun and took the time to explain the different cuts of steak and why each one had certain people choose them. The sides are served family style. We didn't mind this, but some might. We had dessert and it was amazing. I am not one that spends a lot for food. The meal was a fair price for what we had but not somewhere I would be able to afford more than on special occasions. Will return.

We were staying at the Hilton in Rochester and Pittsburgh blue was located in the lobby!! I have been to the one in Maple Grove, Minnesota, but not to this location before. We only stopped to get desserts a few nights because of other engagements that we had but the experience was fantastic. I cannot comment at this time on the steak, but the desserts were phenomenal. The first time we got the crème brûlée and it was delicious. I also enjoyed a glass of wine. They have a great selection of dessert wine as well. Next time we came, we got the brownie with macadamia nuts and caramel with hot fudge. The brownie is absolutely huge. It looks like a huge slice of cake. I did ask for extra caramel, however. Caramel makes everything taste better. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the staff is very gracious and kind.

Had a really enjoyable birthday supper with my fiancé! Our waitress, Sara, was very sweet and had good jokes with her. She also let the kitchen know we were comparing steaks so one came out to hear our opinions. Delicious :) food was amazing!!

My partner and I celebrated his birthday and our anniversary last night, and we were so glad we were told to check out Pittsburgh Blue Steakhouse! The service was the best we’ve experienced in a long time. Our server Riley was so personable. He offered amazing recommendations and made our night so special. The food was absolutely delicious - with perfectly cooked steaks and huge shareable portions for appetizers and side dishes. We can’t wait to visit again!
